Annual Machine Gun Shoot & Gun Show

Parking: There is limited public parking on the club property which will be used for handicapped and motorcycle parking. Additional public parking is available at the Hanson MBTA Rail Station on Main Street (Rte. 27), a short distance from the club.

Rail: The Hanson rail station is located on the Plymouth / Kingston MBTA line and is easily accessible from Boston's South Station. Schedule and fare information is available at www.mbta.com.

Hanson Rod & Gun Club Directions

Local directions:

Take MA route 27 into Hanson, turn onto Elm Street (at Hanson's Restaurant). Travel ½ mile to Davis Road (on your right). The club is at the end of Davis Rd.. There should be signs along the way.

From Boston & The North Shore:

(From: I 93, or I 95 or 1, or 1A, or 3):
Follow I 93 South
Go through Boston, Following signs towards the Cape.
Take Exit 7 It's a left exit. (Cape Cod) merge onto Route 3.
Take Exit 16 B (So. Weymouth/Abington). Route 18 south.
Follow Rt. 18 for roughly 8 miles.
Left onto Rt. 27. At the intersection of Route 27 (landmarks: Cumberland Farms, Marcello's)
Then follow Rt. 27 South - Signs read Hanson. At the 4 way stop sign continue straight, this is still Rt. 27,
(after the railroad tracks and Ford Dealership), Rt. 27 turns right, turn right on 27.
Continue on Rt. 27 Hanson for roughly 4 miles. Turn right onto Elm Street (Hanson's Restaurant is on your right), Travel ½ a mile down Elm, Davis Road is on your right.

From Western Mass. (Springfield Area):

Take 90 E (the Mass. Pike) to Exit 11A onto 495 South - Follow the below "Rhode Island" directions. ALTERNATE ROUTE:
Take 90 E (the Mass. Pike) to I 93 Boston - Follow the above "Boston" directions.

From: Rhode Island and Coastal Connecticut:

Take 95 North to Exit 6A - Route 495 South (Cape Cod).
Stay on 495 to Exit 6, Route 44 East (Plymouth).
Take 3rd "exit" off Rotary (44 East, Plymouth)
Follow 44, to the 3rd set of lights Take Left onto Route 105 (to Halifax)
Follow Route 105 to the intersection of Route 106
Take left onto Route 106 (west)
Take 3rd right (roughly ¼ mile) on to Old Plymouth St, This runs into Elm Street (bear right onto Elm).
It's 2.8 miles to Davis road. Davis Road is on your left side.

From the Hartford Connecticut Area:

Take Route 44 E or 6 E (towards Providence, R. I.)
Take 95 North. Then follow above "Rhode Island" directions.

From Cape Cod/Plymouth:

Take 3 North (Boston) then take Exit 9 (Kingston). Turn right from the off ramp.
Travel 7 tenths of a mile. Bear left, the road splits (Sign reads 106 W and 27 N.)
Remain on 27 N. for roughly 10 miles.
Turn left onto Elm Street (Hanson's Restaurant is on your right), Travel ½ mile, Davis Road is on your right.

Alternate Local Route/From Route 24:

Take Exit 15-Route 104 East (Bridgewater/Halifax).
Take a right off the off-ramp, follow the Rt. 104 E signs towards Bridgewater. You'll come to a Stop sign.
Rt. 104 turns left, and then follow around the Bridgewater Common (a right and then a left).
Turn right onto Rt. 104 (at the lights), follow until a stop sign.
Turn right onto Rt. 106.***Travel 1.4 miles. (You will pass Armand's an Arctic Cat Dealer on your right)
Take a left at sign that reads - To 27 Hanson, (It's 2.8 miles to Davis road).
This runs into Elm Street bear left. Davis Road is on your left side.
(If you miss the sign To 27 Hanson, and the next left has a Hospital sign, take that left and keep to the right. This will lead into Elm Street.)
